Return Policy

At Viaj Beauty, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: The item must be in the exact same condition as when you received it, unused, undamaged, and with no signs of wear.
  • Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, which must also be undamaged. This includes any branded boxes, tags, labels, and any other materials that came with the product.
  • Accessories: All accessories, parts, and any promotional items included with your purchase must be returned in brand new condition along with the product.
Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personal care items (such as opened skincare, makeup, or hygiene products)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used items
Return Process

If your item meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@viajbeauty.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging along with all accessories and materials. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days usually 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit/debit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@viajbeauty.comto arrange the exchange.
